are recognised as one of the best construction training providers in the country,
you need to be 16-18 to start with us and you do not need any quali cations.
We recruit male and females in Bricklaying, Carpentry/Joinery and Painting and Decorating.
Offering NVQ Level 1-3 quali cations in our SittingbourneTraining Centre with the support
of real life Construction Employers, there’s no need to attend a college, it’s all covered in
our training centre.
Level 1
: 15 weeks paying £30 pw allowance, giving you comprehensive blended class-
room and practical training to learn about the construction trade, H&S training and
Maths and English functional skills if your grades are below level C.
Level 2:
12-15 months paying £122.10 offers a combination of classroom and on-site
training with Construction Employers (who we nd for you) providing real life working
experience and expert advice.
Level 3:
can give you more intricate skills and gain supervisory experience, leading onto
employment opportunities as site supervisors. From this, some of our apprentices have
gone onto university for graphic designing/architecture degrees. At this Level, you can
expect to be paid £149.85 pw which could rise to the NMW limit if you have been with
us a year and reached the age of 19.
